EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. Also known as the Tapping Solution, it is actually renowned to help alleviating physical and emotional pains. And many who have used it acknowledge it does it in a rather unusual way, without the need to take any medicine or apply acupuncture needles. They say that EFT equally allows someone to triumph over some beliefs and persistent disturbing mental habits or paradigms preventing one to change. To summarize, numerous advocate of this technique highly and strongly claim that EFT succeeds where all other techniques have failed.
What’s great about EFT is the fact that you can practice or apply the technique any moment and every where. And to top it all, the obtained results will usually last. The technique grants its practitioners the capacity to regain control of their life and thus to advance with their proper pace to achieve personal goals.
A lot of actually existing psychotherapies will treat only the mental, while energetic therapies such as Reiki, Reflexology, Acupuncture and Shiatsu will mainly look after the body. EFT works differently. It permits mind and body connection in order to eliminate negative emotions, thus optimizing the body physiological state.
EFT practitioners are currently present almost all over the world and the technique does not stop expending. They too, as I was privileged to, discover this outstanding partner in the process of solving personal difficulties, either physical, emotional or psychological.
Now, this being said, next time I will expand on what, as a user of the technic, I personaly think of it, and about what I consider being its strengths and failings.
